Stress is how we motivate ourselves and others but there is a better way. In this talk you will learn how stress is used as a motivator and how to use an inner dialogue process to end stress and become more creative and resourceful. John gave a seminar to the senior management of AT&T's Learning and Development team while I was Executive Director. Our team was going through some significant and stressful changes during a time of industry upheaval, regular layoffs and the impending merger with Comcast. While
most of the training team was very skeptical about attending the event,
everyone found John's content and delivery professional and it directly
targeted our situation and our needs. Our team rated the event a 9.8
our of 10 and we incorporated much of what we learned into regular
strategies that helped us improve our thinking, decision making and
